Shartsis Partner David Kremer Elected to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Kremer was admitted to the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), the premier professional organization of United States real estate lawyers. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL’s distinguished, nationally-known lawyers demonstrate outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. Mr. Kremer was one of only three California lawyers elected to the ACREL this year.

Mr. Kremer is the co-leader of the Shartsis Friese’s nationally renowned real estate department. His practice includes all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties. Mr. Kremer has particular expertise in development projects involving corporate facilities and headquarters complexes, including the various financing techniques employed in such projects.
