David Egdal Joins Growing Shartsis Friese Real Estate Practice
Shartsis Friese LLP announced today that David Egdal has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the real estate group.
Mr. Egdal focuses his practice on institutional and non-institutional lenders, borrowers and investors in all areas of real estate, including: forming and representing limited liability companies and other joint ventures, mortgage, mezzanine and repurchase financing, and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, hotel, multi-family residential and vineyard properties. He was previously with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in San Francisco.
