Heather Durham is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate Group.
Heather began her legal career at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she advised technology and life sciences clients on various corporate matters, including emerging company representation, venture capital financings, capital markets transactions, and public company governance and securities disclosure matters. After her time at Latham, she joined a financial technology startup specializing in private market liquidity solutions, where she managed the execution and settlement of secondary market transactions and supported operations for the company’s fund administration and management business.
During law school, Heather participated in the Organizations and Transactions Clinic, advising nonprofit clients on corporate governance and contractual matters.
